No cancellation, refund or exchange of items is allowed once order confirmation has been sent
As much as we commit ourselves to the quality of the product, any exchange will be allowed if the product is damaged at the time of delivery.
Items must be in good condition for any exchange items.
A full refund of the product paid will be made if:
1. The product is no longer in stock after making the payment.
2. Customer wishes to withdraw before the order has been processed, otherwise, once the order has been processed, the payment will not be refunded
